Facilities and Equipment

Dr. Crandall and his staff utilize the latest in technology to enhance the quality and comfort of your dental care.

Digital Imagery at Your Monroe, WA Dentist

Digital imaging enables us to see beyond what can generally be detected during a visual exam, allowing us to identify cavities in between your teeth, determine bone level, and analyze the health of your bone. Dr. Crandall can also examine the roots and nerves of teeth, diagnose lesions such as cysts or tumors, and assess damage when trauma occurs.

The timing of x-rays is tailored specifically to each patient’s needs. With digital imaging, the exposure time is up to 75% less when compared to traditional methods. Digital imaging also provides patient images that can be quickly and easily transferred to specialists or insurance companies.

Intraoral Camera Technology

An intraoral camera is a very small camera that allows Monroe Family Dentist Dr. Crandall and his team to view exact images of your mouth, teeth, and gums.

These enlarged images reveal accurate details that could be missed by standard mirror examinations. These images can also be stored in our office computer to provide a permanent record of treatments and can be printed for you, other specialists, and insurance companies as needed.
